U.S. Painter Sets Up Artist Colony in Newfoundland

U.S. painter James Rosen has chosen the Avalon Peninsula to start a new artist colony. James Rosen is going to convert an old lighthouse and its adjacent buildings at a site about two hours away from St. John's. Rosen wants other artists to share some of what he's experienced in Newfoundland. James Rosen's first trip to Newfoundland was four years ago.
